What is 3d printing?

Without getting too in the weeds, most commonly it’s the process of stacking a bunch of very thin layers of plastic until you’ve got something that resembles a 3d object.

Where did you learn to do this stuff?

While my day-job is in IT, my hobbies have always revolved around building, creating, and all things STEM. My public high school was lucky enough to have an engineering department where I had hands-on access to tools normally inaccessible to anyone outside of college or the industry. Now with the technology of today, 3d printing and a competitive market of 3D CAD tools have allowed me to continue to create and exercise my love for design.
